Return&Cancel policy

Cancel order

You can cancel the order before the shipment number is issued; After delivery, we can't cancel the order for you. If you must cancel the order, you need to deduct your round-trip mailing fee of $30.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.If your package has already left our wearhouse to custom or on the shipping way, then we need to charge $30 for the go and back shipping fee.Please be aware of the items you ordered are subject to the actual arrival status of the goods.There is a discrepancy between the pictures on the website and the actual arrival. If you mind, please do not pay. We do not accept refunds or complain arising from this problem or situation.

 

Otherwise, If you already recieved our gift package,and then you want to return, we will give you the refund after you to send the gift package back and make sure the package is not damaged.If you have any question about our item, when you apply an evidence, please take a fully picture of shipping case(including shipping info and the item) and your order info(including the item info.)

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of used CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
